How much do your products cost and how long does delivery take?
You can find the prices directly on the respective product page .
Since each design is personalized by hand, you will usually receive your file within 2-4 working days via email as a download link.
How do I get my file?
Once completed, you will receive an email with a personal download link.
The file will then be available to you as a high-resolution PNG, PDF and SVG file .
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive your design in three formats:
- PNG (RGB) – for digital preview or simple printing
- PDF (CMYK) – for professional color printing
- SVG – ideal for DIY projects, plotters or textile printing
All formats are high-resolution and print-ready.
Are the designs personalized?
Yes. Each design is created individually for you – with the data you provide, such as name, date of birth, time, weight and height.
How may I use the files?
These files are intended for private use only.
The following are not allowed:
- commercial use
- Editing or modifying the designs
- Disclosure to third parties or publication

Can I have my design changed later?
If you made a typo, please write to us on the same day as your order at hallo@mialia.com .
In many cases, we can still adjust the information in time.
What happens if I have a double name or a very short name?
No problem – we design every product to look visually appealing, regardless of how short or long the name is.
Can you also implement special characters like é, č, å, ø?
Yes, we can generally convert all common special characters. Please enter them correctly when ordering.
Can I get the design in another language (e.g., English, Italian)?
Currently, we only offer the designs in German and with metric measurements (cm, g, 24-hour time format).
I haven't received an order confirmation – what should I do?
Please check your spam folder first.

Can I cancel or return digital products?
Since this involves individually created digital content , processing begins immediately after you place your order.
Therefore, a cancellation or return is not possible (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay securely with us using:
- PayPal (also available without an account, as a guest)
- Klarna (invoice, instant bank transfer)
- Amazon Pay
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
Can I order multiple designs at once?
Yes, you can add as many products as you like to your shopping cart and order them together.
Can I just give the first name?
Sure – if you only want the first name, just leave the last name field blank.
Will I receive an invoice?
The invoice will be sent to you automatically via email.
Since we only sell digital products, there is no physical delivery note.
